The side stable door opens up into a large contemporary dining kitchen with oak floor, quality fitted kitchen with Belfast sink, oak worktops, exposed beams and walls, log burning stove and old dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer-dryer, large fridge, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, together with the usual toasters, cafetier and place settings for many. There is also a flat screed LCD TV and walk in pantry. Several forms of lighting set any scene, from bright spotlights for preparation, through to pool table lighting on a dimmer for dining and antique marine lights to create a soothing atmosphere…… there is something for every mood. |

The final door leads to the upstairs WC with contemporary corner sink and WC, stripped floors and chocolate painted walls, lit with spotlights and yet another stunning sea view! |

Through the old stripped door the winding stairs lead to the first floor landing where a further external door leads to Brig Garth. At the top of the stair again through the stripped pine doors are the shower room and lounge. |

The Shower Room comprises large corner shower, contemporary sink and WC all complimented by the oak floor and chocolate painted walls and lit by spotlights. |

The Lounge is the perfect place to relax on a large leather sofa or in one of the two leather fireside chairs whilst you warm your toes on the log burning stove listening to your favorite CD on the home cinema system or watch your favorite DVD on the LCD TV with surround sound. The lounge has many original features, exposed chimney breast, beamed ceiling and floorboards and has a beautiful French window. The lounge is a mix of ultra modern wire lights, floor standing reading lams, and antique ships lighting. The room also has a lovely rug to scrunch your weary toes up in…. |

Through another pine stripped door another staircase leads to the second floor, where 2 bedrooms and a WC can be found. |

The first door leads to the Main Bedroom with a very comfortable and romantic cabin bed, leather headboard and antique ships bedside lights. Exposed floorboards and beams, together with original wooden walls add further character in this contemporary room with sliding sash window and built in oak wardrobes. |

The second door leads to the second/children’s bedroom. Fully paneled with exposed floor boards and beams this room has superb roof top and sea views. The room is equipped with a triple bunk bed (4ft double on the bottom with a single above) a small chest of drawers and a portable TV. |

To the outside of the property on Brig Garth there is a bench and planters. For everything else the beach is a minute away and all downhill passing the ice cream shop on the way. Car parking, gas, electricity, coal and bed linen costs are included in the tariff, but please bring your own towels.
